The kids club has been so fantastic for my children lately. In particular I would like to thank Hayden and Josh for always taking the time to assist with my daughter who is autistic. Amelia is always so included in all the activities and really fits into the groups with her sister. Thank you to all the staff, you’re all so fantastic and make being a member here so worthwhile.

I had a tour earlier today with Millie and she was so lovely. She showed me all the facilities that was on offer and explained everything in detail which put me at ease as a gym newbie. Everyone we spoke to was super friendly and welcoming. I’ve now signed up to a membership. Thanks again Millie for all your help and I hope to see you around the gym :)

I signed up mainly for tennis but they don't have any socials at all, so I end up always going to other David Lloyd clubs which are further away as the near ones, Kidbrooke and Dartford, can't be accessed with the membership to this club. Despite asking multiple times, I think there is no willingness to solve this. You don't need necessarily a certified tennis couch for a social, just a class with courts booked. If you don't want to do that, at least organise a whatsapp group, a Facebook group or a board where people can sign up. It is not difficult to solve this, and a lot of people have already complained for months!

I recently tried the two-week membership and had a really positive experience. Dixie was welcoming, informative, and not pushy at all when she followed up, which I appreciated.
Reception staff were always friendly, and the changing rooms were clean and well maintained. The equipment is top quality, and the club room and coffee are great.
A couple of small downsides: the steam room wasn’t always hot enough, and the upstairs gym could do with more benches as it gets busy, even early.
One thing I would love to see there would be a cold plunge, outside or inside the swimming pool area as I think that’s the one thing it’s missing and so beneficial for your health
Overall, great value for money with facilities you don’t often find locally. It’s definitely made my decision on where to join.
