- DGDaniel GoughFeb 24, 20234.0A really great gym. Been going for 2 months now and can’t complain. Plenty of equipment to target everything, up stairs is the Cross fit and downstairs has weights, there is a separate room which is devoted to pure strength training and there is a room upstairs for spin classes. Also there is a ladies gym which is a smaller room with rowing machine, other weight training, running and bike machines. I would definitely recommend going
