- KBKeshav BansalJan 15, 20262.0This gym is close to my house, which is why I joined, and initially it was fine because it wasn’t too crowded. However, over time, I realised I wasn’t using it much and decided to cancel my membership in November last year, but due to their restrictive cancellation process I wasn’t able to cancel until February. As a result, I ended up paying an extra £180 for a membership I wasn’t even using. Unfortunately, their cancellation policies are extremely frustrating and feel deliberately designed to make it difficult to leave. You can’t cancel within 15 days of a direct debit. If you freeze your membership, you’re then forced to reactivate it, allow another direct debit to go through, and only then can you cancel the following month. What’s worse is that they have an app where you can manage almost everything—except cancelling your membership. It genuinely feels like these policies exist to trap members into paying for longer than they want to, rather than offering fair and transparent service.

Most of the time (the very few) equipments are occupied. The gym needs expansion and renovation to cater needs of growing community.
