She has been absolutely amazing in supporting me throughout my fitness journey, helping me build confidence, stay motivated and push myself in a way that feels both challenging and achievable. As well as the training sessions, she has also been incredibly helpful with nutrition. Giving me guidance and support that feels realistic and tailored to my goals but also considering other health factors. Her advice has helped me make better choices without feeling overwhelmed and it’s made a real difference to my overall progress. She is knowledgeable, encouraging and genuinely cares about helping me succeed. Every session is well planned, positive and motivating, and I always leave feeling stronger, more confident and focused to achieve my goals. I’m so grateful for all her support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer who is professional, motivating and truly invested in your progress.

Is there a plan to obtain more nearby parking or to encourage users to visit outside of peak hours, to make off peak membership more attractive or to simply curb the max capacity. I’d love to comment on the experience in club but there was not one single space available. Just be aware if you’re looking to join and need to get to the club by car and intend to visit 0900-1100
