- SWStuart WardMay 4, 20263.0I went to the store and was greeted by a very softly spoken woman, I told her I am partially deaf and asked if she could speak up a little and speak clearly, she looked at me, laughed and started to shout in a ridiculous voice, I very nearly just walked out, however Gemma who I had booked to appointment with was very professional and helpful I stayed, I did report the woman’s behaviour but don’t know if anything was done, the rest of my visit was good and enjoyable. Because you suffer deafness it does not mean you are stupid, Gemma saved this one for the company and is the only reason I stayed for the appointment.
