  I visited David Lloyd Norwich today as a guest and had a fantastic experience. I came to enjoy the tennis and swimming facilities, and from the moment I arrived, I was made to feel very welcome. A special thank you to Matt, who took the time to give me a full tour of the club and walked me through the process of joining. He was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable — nothing was too much trouble. His warm and friendly approach really made a great impression and left me feeling genuinely excited about becoming a member, outstanding customer service from Matt, this visit has absolutely convinced me. Highly recommend David Lloyd Norwich to anyone looking for a premium club experience!

  I would just like to say about Phil Wright who was my GM for seven years before we lost him to David Lloyd's. He was always the first to lend a helping hand whenever someone was in need. He had a unique ability to make everyone around them feel valued and safe. He would always go out of his way to brighten someone's day, asking how they were. David Lloyd's you are so very lucky to have such a lovely man on your team x

  Alica was fantastic made the whole joining process really simple, so friendly and helpful. Matthew went through all the options of memeberships and took the time to work out which one would be best for me. He then helped me with the joining process which was super easy fantastic staff!!

  I really enjoy visiting David Lloyd Norwich, it’s a great place to go individually and as a family. My favourite thing is swimming in the outdoor pool. Even during the winter months it’s been nice and warm and the ambiance as it gets dusk is lovely. It’s so relaxing. The hydro pool is a great place to relax in after a stressful day at work. I’ve enjoyed exploring the classes especially Pilates and spirit. The spirit sound bath is extremely relaxing and I’ve even fell asleep during it. Jess was so warm, friendly and very helpful.

  David Lloyd Norwich isn’t just a fitness club — it’s a place filled with uplifting people and great experiences. Highly recommended. One of the most inspiring parts of visiting recently has been seeing a remarkable young boy named Dimitryo. His energy, positivity, intelligence, and natural confidence genuinely stand out. For someone so young, he carries himself with incredible maturity and kindness, and he leaves a lasting impression on everyone around him. It’s rare to come across such brilliance and charisma at such an early age.
