    What a great customer service this guys prove to be. They hang up on me during the phone call just cause they didn't want to deal with my problem. For real save your money and don't fall into their glamour style

    I don’t understand the purpose of having a booking system if classes are effectively first come, first served. I was booked onto the reformer Pilates class with Tracey (not on the waiting list) and arrived before the 12:15 start time. However, when I entered the room, all the beds were already taken. I was asked if I was on the waiting list and, despite confirming I had a booking, was told the bed would be given to someone else. This was very frustrating and makes the booking system seem pointless if confirmed spaces aren’t honoured.

    Some of the customer service staff are extremely rude. In particular, one receptionist, Lewis Knowlton, has come across as condescending, rude and arrogant on numerous occasions. I have also spoken with several other long term customers who have had similarly negative experiences with him. I am currently looking at leaving Virgin joining David Lloyd as a result. Good customer service should be the very minimum that we receive given the cost of the club.
