The final straw was having an operation and being told I could freeze my membership but that still costs £5 a month in the end I cancelled and will probably join somewhere else post recovery

Surprisingly difficult to find but I was really happy to find Parish Wharf. Laura showed me around and gave me good information on what is offered including a price for signing up. Great service. A few weeks later I signed up and that went smoothly as well. Looking forward to using the facilities soon.

- RSRachel StokesFeb 28, 20261.0My son was taking swimming lessons here, he completed a stage, there is no space for him in the next level up but I’m told I have to keep paying the monthly fee in order just to keep him on the waiting list for the next space! Fraud? Can you make people pay for a service they’re not receiving? Absolutely disgusted with the treatment received. I would recommend you choose Henbury if you can. The pool is also much cleaner
