- DSDavid ScottMay 15, 20261.0Currently at David Lloyd Newcastle but have now requested that my membership is cancelled. It appears you can't cancel it once you sign up to the 12 months membership. I can only assume this is a regular occurrence here as they didn't reach out to discuss why I though I wasn't getting value for money. If you're happy to pay an extortionate monthly fee to only get to use 1 piece of equipment when in the gym then this is the place for you. You'll find yourself constantly waiting for machines to become available which make it extremely difficult to complete a good workout. Keep the kids out of the gym and you might just make it work!

She was so professional and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. We had our children with us who she was so good with, really including them in everything. We are looking forward to becoming members this week knowing staff like Izzy are on hand. Thank you again!
