I received a free PT session when joining and I had booked in a class with Cassie who is honestly unreal, I’ve had PT sessions is the past at other gyms and privately at home but she is so understanding and knowledgable. I told her what I was looking to achieve and she showed me an amazing routine which has my body on fire! I’ve been working out for the last few years but never felt a burn like how I have since starting this routine. She was super patient and kind when teaching me how to use the machines and looking forward to booking in more sessions with her. Would 100% defo recommend booking a session in with her!!
