  It’s getting more and more packed by the day, very little free parking spaces, the showers smell of pee most of the days. In the other hand it has been refurbished and has nice newer facilities. The staff as far as I am concerned are helpful and polite.

  I visited David Lloyd just to have a look around and honestly had no intention of signing up that day. Owen showed me around and completely changed my mind. He was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for. What stood out most was that there was absolutely no pressure or pushy sales tactics at all, just a really relaxed, informative tour that made me feel comfortable and welcome. Thanks to Owen’s approach and excellent tour skills, I ended up signing up on the spot. A real credit to David Lloyd. highly recommend ask for Owen if you’re considering joining!

  Was using the amazing facilities here and Unfortunately (due to my own fault) I went over on my ankle. I was limping through to the coffee area and one of the staff insisted on checking on me (took it upon herself), I knew it was just bruized and not broken or anything just painful and this staff member insisted on getting me a ice pack and just generally was amazing! Im pretty sure her name was Libby and honestly all I can say is she was the sweetest girl! I definately wish there were more libbys in the customer service world !! Not only that but the manager did ring to check the following day that I was all okay which I really apprieciated. A fantastic company with outstanding customer care.

  Debbie, who teaches Tai Chi at David Lloyd Luton, was very conscientious and clearly keen for us to properly master the basics of Tai Chi. I found her teaching style very beneficial and really appreciated her patience and attention to detail.

  Avoid. I signed up for a 2-week trial to check out the gym and crèche, but due to the limited crèche hours I chose not to proceed with a full membership. Despite this, my trial was converted into a full membership without my consent. I cancelled within the 2-week period and received confirmation it was cancelled, yet a direct debit was still taken from my account. Since then, I’ve contacted the club over 10 times via email, the app, and phone calls—and have been completely ignored. Taking payment after cancellation and then failing to respond is unacceptable. This has been an extremely frustrating experience and I would strongly advise others to think twice before signing up. *Update: I have sent an email as instructed in your response and waiting to hear
