- LCLaurence CarolanMay 9, 20261.0Weight section is a joke. Weights never racked correctly and left all over the floor, along with plates, other equipment and sometimes rubbish. Never been an attempt by staff to fix this, so now spend 50% of my workout just looking for the correct weights. For £95 a month it’s not good enough, and has become noticeably worse since the refurb. Had an email from Lara to explain why this is the case, and that putting signs up to ask people to rack weight properly doesn’t work, and that’s fair enough, but it’s been several weeks since that email, and no attempt to re-organise weight section in months from what I’ve seen. Used to be a decent club, now it’s not.

- VRv. r.Apr 12, 20265.0I highly recommend Virgin Active Chiswick Park, locker rooms are always clean, the machines and equipment are like new and great quality, the pool is good aswell and so is the sauna. The staff is equally amazing.
