Very helpful, friendly, professional and encouraging. The women that attended were so lovely too. Looking forward to visiting again soon. Xxx

However, there is one important issue that really needs improvement The seating areas next to the lockers are consistently very dirty. Personally, I find it uncomfortable to even sit there because of how unclean they are. The individual changing cubicles are also not well maintained. The floors are dirty and the chairs are not clean, which makes it difficult to feel comfortable using them. As for the showers, the walls sometimes have visible dirt or hair, which gives the impression that they are not being cleaned properly or regularly.

I cancelled my membership months ago but Virgin Active still charged me and now won't accept my original cancellation, even though I was logged out of the Virgin Active app immediately after cancelling!! Go to any other gym and don't given Virgin Active your money.
