  This was easily the best gym in town, but the current culture is becoming a major issue. One person know as Beya has created a toxic atmosphere that makes it uncomfortable to Train play Tennis and Padel. A gym is only as good as its community, and right now, management is allowing one person to ruin the experience for everyone else. Until they prioritise the environment and address this person's behavior, I can’t recommend it. Great equipment isn't worth a bad headache.Toxic environment has driven me and my son away.

  I have had a very positive experience at Virgin Active Chiswick Riverside. People, facilities, attitude to you from any team member or trainer and location make this club truly special. Emma is fantastic, both at Lift Club and in PT sessions - professional, supportive, clear and very good at creating training that feels well structured, effective and enjoyable. Nahal and Austin provide some of the best service and customer care I have experienced — attentive, kind and always ready to understand and to help. Thomas’s sound bath sessions are exceptional. It is an unbelievably deep and relaxing experience, and you really feel looked after. The club itself is also consistently impressive: the gym floor, studios and changing rooms are always very clean, well maintained and fresh-smelling. The sporty and healthy environment motivates you to do your best! There is clearly strong leadership behind this club, and it shows in the atmosphere, the service and the overall quality of care. Happy to have access to it.

  Diana Shahraki, who previously served as a personal trainer to my daughter in Mill Hill, exhibited unprofessional conduct and communication barriers. Her demeanor was frequently discourteous, and her command of the English language was notably deficient, impeding effective interaction. Such a shame for Chiswick Riverside Club!!!

  Shannon & Louise are amazing creche worker at Virgin Active! They are very professional and has excellent experience with children — both of my children absolutely love going to Club V. It’s always a joy seeing how happy and comfortable they are with both of them in they care. Mo is also an excellent manager, always friendly and attentive. The whole team makes the experience wonderful every time we visit. Highly recommend!

  I've been a member of Virgin Active Chiswick Riverside for 12 years, and I can honestly say this is the best the gym i have ever been and that's largely down to Mo Kasaei. Mo is by far the best manager this club has had. His leadership, professionalism, and genuine care for members really stand out. The atmosphere in the gym feels positive, welcoming, and well run, and that reflects the standards he sets. Outstanding service from him and his team they are always helpful, friendly, and attentive. You can tell there's strong leadership behind the scenes because everything runs smoothly and members feel valued. After 12 years here, l've seen a lot of changes, and under Mo's management, the club is at its best. Highly recommend!
