Fantastic community leisure centre in Putney, offering a gym, swimming facilities, group workout studios and more. Flexible memberships available, but non-members are also very welcome.
Great place to go with kids for some active entertainment, we love the diving boards.

Really not great for young children. Changing rooms are downstairs and baby change tables are not in changing rooms. Baby pool is often shut and only open during typical toddler nap time. The other day it was shut due to an accident and I didn’t get a proper refund. They weren’t very apologetic but seemed to think I could just wait for half an hour, while my child was getting cold. It’s quite expensive for quite a tired facility. Could be so much better and more family friendly. The cafe is also not open on a Saturday which is crazy.

Very disappointing experience at this swimming pool. I was using the diving area and preparing for an inward dive when a lifeguard suddenly started shouting at me about “no backflips,” even though I was not attempting a backflip at all.
When I tried to calmly explain and asked to speak to a supervisor, the lifeguard called another staff member over and falsely claimed I had been doing backflips. Shortly after, the duty manager, Melisa, arrived and immediately became aggressive and confrontational without even allowing me to explain the situation.
I was spoken to in a rude and unprofessional manner, felt completely bullied, and was ordered to leave the pool without any fair discussion. The behaviour from both the lifeguard and the duty manager was unacceptable and far below the standard of customer service I would expect.
I hope management reviews CCTV footage and properly addresses how customers are treated.

I loved being at PLC, was definitely my favourite gym of all time. Staff are so lovely… Matei, Jerome, Kelly, etc. Great facility with community feel. I trained for my Ironman there and had all the equipment I needed.
