    Today I was planning on using my free school meals membership in order to access latchmere gym however an African British male stopped me from entering the gym and he explained that for our membership we couldn't enter the gym past 5:00 even though it was 4:50 pm and throughout our whole conversation he spoke to us in a rude tone which we could tell was carried on from an earlier experience and it looked like he was taking it out on us. When we wanted to ask more questions to him it looked like he got fed up of us and instead of explaining it like a normal employee would or at least telling us to leave politely all he said is leave in a rude tone repeatedly without giving any further explanation and it wasn't just us it looked like he was being rude to every customer he talked to. For example man in his 20s booked a session here and the employee told him angrily to that he has to wait til 5 for the session and the customer was obviously frustrated as that wasn’t mentioned on his website but instead of apologising the employee kept his bad attitude. OVERALL- you need to teach this employee some manners please Also this employee worked at around 4:50 on friday the 22 of may please talk to him regarding his behaviour otherwise will have to file a complaint

    I been here many yearz , now itz close to my hostel. I like sauna very much. and to sit by next to sauna to watch others Please put sign no spitting in sauna or massage. sum the other men spitting here not the place to spit. best sauna in welcoming borough

    My father was denied access to the pool when the pool was empty (I was inside at the time and it wasn’t full like they stated). He mentioned that his family was in the pool and said the receptionist was rude and still refused to let him in. If it’s true that they have a number limit, they should re-evaluate that number as there was plenty of space as witnessed by myself. Horrible service

    Booked a family baby and toddler swimming session. When we turned up the baby pool was out of service as someone had just vomited in it, an unfortunate event and no fault of the centre. We were told to wait by the side of the pool while the staff scooped the vomit out of it. At this stage there was no communication about what we were waiting for so I think the intention was to send us into the pool once they had scooped out all the big lumps. When we flagged that we had no intention of going into the baby pool post spew we asked if we could take our two children into the completely empty family pool. However we were told that this was not possible as there was a lane session going on adjacent to this pool. Not in the pool, adjacent to it. Clearly certain customers are given priority over others. On our suggestion (not sure that they were going to come up with anything) we asked to be moved to the later family session, which to their credit they agreed to and refunded our original session. We waited by the side of the empty(!) pool for the next session, before being told we would have to go and wait back in the (filthy) locker area for 35 mins to stop our eldest from dipping his toes in prematurely. We complained again but got short shrift from the manager who said there was nothing he could do and thems the rules. Eventually we were able to swim in the next session but extremely disappointing customer service. Two star review salvaged by the refund.
