  Amazing facilities, 10/10. Been a member for years but I’m rejoining after 1 year of backpacking the world. After some thinking, I decided I wanted a tour as they have some new classes, padel courts, etc. Loved the tour of the club by Ben. Thank you Ben!

  Really impressed with David Lloyd Raynes Park. What stood out most was how authentic and helpful Ben was throughout the process. He was approachable, knowledgeable, and didn’t make it feel like a pushy sales experience at all. Took the time to answer questions properly and made the whole experience feel relaxed and genuine. Really good first impression overall.

  A club that is rapidly going downhill. Most 5 star reviews are left by prospective members taking a tour and pressured into leaving a review. (Read the actual 5 star reviews and you can see they are simply people who have looked around the gym) Almost impossible to book a tennis/padel court. They are systematically booked up by WhatsApp groups who then either cancel the courts at late notice or then distribute them within their own group. Similar issues with class bookings. The gym is incredibly expensive but horribly run. The level of customer service is extremely poor as is the contract itself (not possible to suspend your membership if there is a waiting list - which they claim there always is. You also need to give 3 months notice to cancel). Conduct of the fellow members is also really questionable, plenty of people taking loud phone calls in the spa and some less than ideal characters around the gym. I’ve also overheard members talking about how they ‘share’ membership with their friends. Plenty of people getting half price membership by piggy backing someone else membership. All in all a gym that charges a huge premium for what is in reality a very poorly run gym which is hugely oversubscribed. David Lloyd are well aware of all the issues but simply do nothing about it.

  Big thank you to Kayan at David Lloyd Clubs for making the joining process smooth and easy. Very professional, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. Answered all our questions clearly and made us feel welcomed straight away. Great customer service.

  We’ve just joined and couldn’t be happier with our experience so far. The facilities are fantastic, really clean, modern, and have everything you could need. Charlotte showed us around and she was incredibly knowledgeable and made us feel really comfortable throughout the tour.
