  Matt went above and beyond to give me and my partner an excellent tour at David Lloyd. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. He took the time to show us all the facilities in detail, answered all our questions, and explained the membership options clearly without any pressure. His friendly and professional attitude really stood out and made the whole experience enjoyable. Thanks again, Matt, for such a great introduction to the club!

  Due to new tier system David Lloyd has introduced recently, now other members from lower tier David Lloyd clubs cannot attend this club. When I joined few years back now this was what attracted me to join. The flexibility to attend any David Lloyd club as I travel alot around the SE. As you can guess my home club is tier 3 none the less I have platinum membership, which now counts for absolute nothing. Well done David Lloyd you will be pushing members to join ather clubs instead. I understand a busy clubs that DL have a waiting lists on joining wouldn't care less, but u just wait as our economy is taking a dive at the moment, see what will happen in a very near future.

  I’m really disappointed to have to post this, but after trying to resolve the issue privately multiple times, nothing has changed. The kids toilet and baby changing facilities located right next to the kids' play area are in an incredibly unhygienic state. There is a persistent, very strong foul odor coming from the room that is now spoiling the children's play area itself. As you can see from the photos.. the cleanliness is completely unacceptable for a family club. There is deep-seated grime & buildup under the sink pipes, rusted soap dispensers leaking down the tiles, unwashed walls and debris left accumulating in the corners. Other than needing a deep clean (& regular daily cleaning), several fixtures clearly need to be repaired or upgraded entirely to maintain proper hygiene. I have reached out about this three times.. twice via email and once in person. The staff member I spoke to in person was helpful and did document my feedback! , but this was months ago and absolutely nothing has been done since. I’m sharing this publicly in the hope that management will finally follow through, take action, & properly upgrade and maintain these facilities.
