  Beware of theft and fraud I’ve been a member of David Lloyd Fulham for over 8 years and, while the club has made clear improvements in many areas, I’ve also noticed a decline in others, particularly when it comes to member security. Two weeks ago, my locker in the men’s changing room was broken into and two of my bank cards were stolen. Shortly afterwards, a significant amount of money was transferred to an address in Accra, Ghana. What made this even more concerning was how sophisticated the theft appeared to be. Given the nature of the incident and the access required, it strongly suggests the person responsible was familiar with the club and how things operate. Whether or not they were a member, this did not feel like a random opportunistic theft. When I reported the incident, the manager on duty casually mentioned that there had been similar incidents earlier this year. For a club that positions itself as “premium”, with membership fees to match, I would expect members to be proactively warned about repeated thefts on the premises so they can take appropriate precautions. Even more disappointing is that, despite the seriousness of the incident, I have heard absolutely nothing from the club since reporting it. No follow-up, no update, no reassurance, and no indication that meaningful action is being taken to protect members. To date, I have seen no effort from the club to make members aware of these incidents or reassure members about what is being done to improve security. The overall experience no longer reflects what you would expect from a club positioning itself as a premium gym with membership fees at this level. I’m sharing this review simply to make other members aware and encourage them to be vigilant. Deeply disappointed by both the incident itself and the way it has been handled.

  Terrible. Firstly there was a lightskin receptionist who refused to give me towel. Then after a while she did. Second gym is modern but dirty. Spa was fantastic and that’s the only reason it’s getting 2 stars. Staff and gym facilities wayyy below par.

  My daughter and I we are new members of the club and already have so many questions 😊 Thank you to all the staff ( especially reception desk) for being so patient with my spontaneous (and sometimes a bit spicy!) questions — I really appreciate it. A special thank you to Alex and the amazing guy from Scotland who helped me with my final decision to join the club (I’m so sorry R I forgot your name!). Also, big thanks to all staff, gym looks clean and friendly. Big thanks especially to Surltan for such a professional approach today! So far — 5 stars from me ⭐️ Liliia X
