  Had a great experience being shown around David Lloyd Cricklewood by Emanuel. He was extremely friendly, approachable, and made the whole tour feel relaxed and welcoming. He gave really helpful advice throughout, answered all my questions clearly, and took the time to explain everything properly. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people find what suits them best. A very positive experience overall — thanks again, Emanuel!

  Just joined after having a tour with Darlia who was lovely, kind & patient with me as I hobbled round the gym on a crutch after knee surgery. The space looks a wonderful space including the spa. I’m looking forward to starting this new journey of recovery inside these beautiful walls. Thank you Darlia for checking the membership terms for me as well as I joined my husband’s existing membership. A thorough job 🙏🏻

  Absolutely love training at David Lloyd Finchley. The club is always clean, well organised, and has such a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The facilities are excellent, and the team genuinely makes a difference to the overall experience. A special thank you to Dalia, who is always so friendly, professional, and attentive. She goes above and beyond to make members feel welcome and looked after, and her positive attitude never goes unnoticed. Customer service like hers is exactly what makes this club stand out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to train, relax, and feel part of a community. 5 stars!

  Great experience great gym, solid walkthrough, no overly pushy sales tactics. Straight to the point, no hidden fees, great facilities and kids classes are impeccable. Emanuel was spot on in his cadence, demeanor and approach to our conversation and my needs for a gym. Highly recommend even coming in just to see the facility. Gotta love that natural sunlight.

  My partner and I came to view the gym today. We were shown around by a lovely girl called Darlia. Firstly, Darlia was an incredible host. She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, kind and great to talk to. She answered all our questions and let us take things at our own pace. As an ex-competitive athlete, I know my way around the gym and have been to lots of gyms tours (and worked at a gym myself when I was younger). This was easily one of the best tours I’ve ever had and Darlia answered even my most difficult and niche questions. She made us feel very at home and showed us how lovely and kind the staff they’re are (which definitely makes a huge difference when considering joining somewhere new!). The gym itself is incredible. Super clean, plenty to do and wasn’t busy at all. There’s a range of classes, a beautiful and relaxing spa and huge changing rooms with great Amenities. We originally thought we’d just get the Plus plan and have access to the gym but after Darlia showing us all the great classes and other facilities it was a no brainier to go for the platinum. Excited to visit again and hopefully start coming regularly!
