The pool itself is very good, and the reception team are always super helpful. The instructors are excellent too, my children have been swimming there for over 7 years now, which says a lot. The only downside is the cleanliness around the pool area, which could definitely be improved. It might be worth reintroducing overshoes for visitors indoors, as was done pre-Covid, to help keep things in better condition.
- ASAmanda SMar 15, 20262.0Been coming here for the classes and gym for almost 30 years simply because its close by. I wont use the changing rooms/shower facilities..too smelly, gross and outdated. Half of the reception team are nice and helpful, the other half have their default set to mean and grumpy..very mixed bag. Also, the information you receive from one member of staff with vary enormously with other members of staff..so be mindful of that. A few staff training and staff wellness days are needed here..
- JBJenny BMar 12, 20264.0I would rate this gym centre 5 stars, but there’s always a dark-skinned, rude lady with braids who is consistently rude to me whenever I ask her anything or if there's an issue with the QR code at the entrance. She gives me unfriendly looks and talks to me like a child, displaying disgusting manners. The rest of the staff are friendly, lovely, and always ready to help with a smile.
