  My Sister and I had our DL induction with Gemma, who instantly made us both feel so relaxed and at ease. Gemma was so friendly, very knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring especially for our reasons for joining. Gemma is a huge assist to the DL Team!   I have been a member for a while now. Gemma Dixon has helped me enormously by encouraging me to try different classes. She is very patient and knowledgeable explaining all the benefits. She also helped me with the David Lloyd app, something I have now become confident using. Such a relaxed, friendly club that I would highly recommend.

  Gemma at David Lloyd Ipswich made my membership tour a fantastic experience. She was incredibly thorough, friendly, and welcoming from start to finish, taking the time to answer all my questions and explain everything clearly. Her professionalism and warm approach really stood out and made me feel confident about joining. Highly recommended!

  We were given a tour of the gym by Dale which we had booked at very short notice on a Sunday. Dale was still very accommodating & happy to answer any queries we had before passing our details onto the sales team. We were then contacted by Gemma who talked us thoroughly through what the gym has to offer & what membership best suited our goals before proving us with another tour. Customer service was & has been excellent & the facilities top any other lifestyle / health club we have visited previously.

  I recently re-joined this club after a break from the gym of around 4 years and so far it is not disappointing. Beatrix was so helpful at getting me set up on a trial use and supporting my decision to come back with information, special join fee discount and additional days guest passes. The facilities: the gym floor itself has been upgraded and improved with more equipment and areas to now help me train the way I want to and creating more space for more gym goers. Classes have expanded and this is great as I can now try new classes to fit mine and my families routine. The addition of paddle and pickleball has interested me too and the car parking outside is much improved! I am pleased to hear the spa/swim facilities have plans for a refurbishment too. The membership process was easy, well organised and quick - Beatrix got me and my family in and using the facilities in the same day and the rest of the staff I have met have been friendly and welcoming. All round great experience coming back.
