Had a great experience at David Lloyd Heston. The facilities are excellent and the atmosphere is really welcoming. A special thank you to Georgie for taking the time to show me around and answer all of my questions. She was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable throughout, without any pressure at all. Really appreciated the time and effort she put in. Thank you again!

The worst experience I've ever had with any club! I have tried for 18 days to cancel my membership during the 14 day period allowed and have been promised someone will get back to me! They grabbed my direct debit details and although cancellation was made on the 6th day and verified on the app and someone I spoke to, they have sent me a demand for payment again today, 18 days later.
Terrible management, I would not recommend to anyone!

Lately this place has been dissapointing pool water very cold steam room not working again .and spa not running properly .always seems too be a major problem now adays

I am very disappointed with my experience at David Lloyds. I am an off-peak member and on Sunday around 1pm I was stopped by a receptionist who refused to let me enter because of my membership time restrictions. I politely explained that I urgently needed to use the toilet, but despite this, she still would not allow me in.
I found the way I was treated very rude and lacking basic respect and understanding towards a paying member. Staff should handle situations like this with more professionalism and compassion. This experience left me feeling embarrassed and unwelcome.
