  Place has gone downhill. Changing rooms and health suite stinks, membership prices rising every few months and no investment is put back into the leisure center. Not to mention, the gym is always overcrowded.. and to top it of, a hefty joining fee to keep you paying! Don't come here it's not worth it!!

  The place needs a deep clean!Young staff have no interest in providing service like moping floors etc. Pool slide not working, Waterfall removed, no outside jacuzzi and lazy river not working properly. Shame as this place 18 years ago was fantastic. Hopefully the council will do something about it.

  We came for leisure swimming with our three year old daughter. We were disappointed as the website is definitely misleading with how it describes the leisure pools. There is one slide for older children and basically nothing else. The novelty is there is the outside pool but its pretty expensive for what it is. Would not come back to be honest.

  This is a lovely place to take my toddler, especially because of its convenient location and the great children’s pool, which she absolutely loves. Unfortunately, it’s disappointing how unclean the facilities are. The showers are also an issue, they run far too hot for young children, and the temperature controls don’t seem to work at all.

  OUT OF ORDER! I booked a 'Leisure Waters' swim session (1hr 15mins) only to find all the elements of the Leisure Waters pool not currently working, including the corkscrew flume, rapids, waterfall, geysers & jets!! which left me simply a pool to swim circles in & was boring after 20mins. Whilst in the pool, I met a Man on the last day of his holiday here with his 2 teenagers, they had visited a different pool each day & had some great reviews of them, sadly Horsham had let them down & his Children, excited for the slide, were really bored. Upon asking a lifeguard if they might use the lanes since it was quiet, they were refused! As a member of the Horsham community I was embarrassed that they had such a negative experience :-( We both complained at reception afterwards, there was no suggestion as to when facilities may be fixed... no offer to speak to a member of management & given an invalid email to forward complaints to, so I had to find that myself (advised a 7 day wait for response). On checking the website there is still no notification of the current situation to warn others when booking. I felt that £9.10 was an expensive 'swim' & think this should be discounted when facilities you are booking are not operational/available. It was my first visit in a long time, I had been so looking forward to it, and actually considering a membership... I remember great fun with my own Children in the rapids & waterfall & their joy at the slide, sadly it seems to have only fallen into disrepair whilst their prices have gone up!
