  I had such an amazing experience at Vision Express thanks to Maka. Originally, I went in to help my mother choose a pair of glasses. My mother was very specific about the style she wanted, but Maka was incredibly patient, helpful, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. She guided us through so many different options and really took the time to help my mother find the perfect frame that suited her best. What impressed me the most was that even after the store had officially closed, Maka continued helping us without making us feel rushed at all. She stayed with us until we were comfortable and happy with our choice. Her attitude and professionalism were honestly exceptional. Because of how welcoming and consultative she was, we came back again and this time I ended up buying two pairs for myself and another pair for my wife. Once again, Maka went above and beyond. I must have tried on close to 100 different frames, and not once did she complain or lose patience. She carefully helped me choose and continued suggesting frames that suited my face best and made the whole experience enjoyable. Even though we stayed past closing time again, she continued helping us with a smile. We apologised for keeping her late, and she simply said, “Don’t worry about it, I’m glad I can help you.” Honestly, customer service like this is very rare nowadays. Maka made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Vision Express is very lucky to have someone like her, and I truly hope her efforts are recognised. We need more people like Maka.

  I had an overall excellent experience at Vision express. I was concerned about a small bump on my eyelid and was lucky to be given an appointment that same day. I was treated very professionally and with compassion and was given excellent advice.

  We were looked after wonderfully well by Catarina at the Vision Express Guildford branch. We would whole-heartedly recommend her and the rest of the branch staff.

  Having ordered glasses for my nine year old daughter back in February 2026, we were surprised not to have heard that they were ready for collection! On phoning this morning 28th March they were indeed ready to collect. Made a trip into Guildford town centre to collect shortly after making phone call. Firstly struggled to get the persons attention behind the counter on account they were on there phone! Only then to be told that they wouldn’t let me have the glasses ( despite already being paid for ) as there policy for children they need to be present. At no point during g the phone call was I told this. Utter joke!
