  Pointless signing up for a premium membership if they refuse guest passes. No flexibility shown at all from management or reception. Spa frequently has issues and hygiene of showers normally poor. Frequently unable to have enough stock at the cafe so either they have run out of cups/straws or ingredients. Overall just poor. Membership cancelled today.

  Had a brilliant tour at David Lloyd Clubs thanks to Jordan. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience really enjoyable from start to finish. He took the time to show us everything properly, answered all our questions, and genuinely made us feel welcome rather than rushed. Top guy and a great ambassador for the club – couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. Highly recommend asking for Jordan if you’re visiting!

  I had a a tour at David Lloyd Enfield with Jordan today at 7pm and my mum and I were blown away. I definitely didn't plan to sign up today, but the tour was so enjoyable, we couldn't leave without a membership card. I'm not someone to sign up immediately for any subscription, and especially something so expensive, but the tour didn't feel sales pitchy at all, just and intro into a potential new lifestyle, as I plan to work remotely from the club. 10 out of 10!!! When I complimented Jordan on his approach at the end of the tour, he mentioned that I probably would have signed up anyway... such modesty! And I said, yes I probably would, but definitely not TODAY. My mum came along as my plus 1 and ended up signing up too! Thanks lots for an amazing experience! Very excited, as you can probably tell :)

  A huge thank you to Jordan and Charlie at David Lloyd’s for their excellent customer service while I was joining. They were both incredibly understanding, helpful, and welcoming throughout the whole process, taking the time to answer all my questions and make everything easy and stress-free. A great experience from start to finish — they’re a real credit to the team!

  The club is beautifully maintained, offering first-class facilities and the convenience of a fully integrated, all-under-one-roof experience. Charlie absolutely deserves recognition for the outstanding service he provided. From the very first interaction, he created an experience that felt personal, polished, and effortless for both me and my sister. His exceptional attention to detail and patience when showing us around the club were outstanding, and he took the time to guide us through every option with confidence, knowledge, and genuine care. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless, even thoughtfully helping us include my nephew in the membership. Charlie is a real credit to David Lloyd Clubs. Beyond his professionalism, his calm, approachable manner and thoughtful perspective set him apart and made a lasting impression. Thank you, Charlie, for a genuinely outstanding experience and for making what could have been a standard sign-up feel truly elevated and memorable. I would highly recommend this club.
