Gym
We have 20k sq ft of space with over 220 pieces of the best gym equipment from around the world, ensuring you never have to wait to work a body part. This is supported by other facilities - separate Powerlifting cage, strongman area including Atlas stones, saunas, ice baths, sun-beds, masseurs, Osteo Services, & blood analysis. There is over 130 free on-site parking spaces & off-street parking. We have great staff who welcome members and guests along with several personal trainers.
We sell an extensive range of supplements, food, energy drinks, and bespoke Ultraflex clothing.
The gym is open 365-days of the year from 5.00am to 10.00pm Monday to Friday & weekends 7.00am to 8.00pm.
