  Great to hear the gym and club are implementing a number of improvements over the coming months some of which are much needed. Would also like to compliment the staff though out the club for there friendliness, professionalism, care to provide good quality service especially Jackson, Will, Alicia, and Cathy.

  I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and support from David Lloyds Derby. I submitted a refund request in March 2026 and have sent numerous follow-up emails since then, yet I have received no acknowledgment or response. As a loyal member, I expected a much higher level of service, especially regarding such an important issue. This ongoing silence has left me feeling undervalued and frustrated. I strongly urge management to improve their customer service and communication. Timely responses are crucial for maintaining a positive relationship with members. I hope to see a resolution to my refund request soon.

  A regular gym. It has all the necessary equipment. During peak hours you have to wait. The indoor pool is large and comfortable for lap swimming, and the outdoor pool is also good. It is often dirty. I would say that for this price, I expected more

  Eden showed me around as I was interested in becoming a member. He was very kind, informative, answered all the questions I had, and was extremely helpful! I finally enrolled today after he was kind enough to let me have another quick look around so I could be sure. I hope any prospective members have the pleasure of being shown around by him—he’s a real credit to the brand!

  Today was a very sad day seeing the condition of the tennis courts. It was a beautiful, sunny day — perfect weather to go and play tennis. After getting up early and heading out before work so we could enjoy an afternoon of tennis, we arrived at the bubble only to find the courts covered in leaves. The net on the main court was lying on the ground, there were no benches because they had been left outside the bubble on the grass, and everything was dirty in general. It’s very disappointing considering the amount of money we pay and the lack of maintenance carried out on the facilities for members to enjoy them. In their current condition, much of the club’s facilities simply do not reflect the monthly fees we pay, and it’s honestly impossible to recommend this club to any friends.
