  I had a awful experience I was given a introduction to buy a membership and we were spoken to by team member Holly and she was very rude and I felt a little bit of racial abuse. To be honest she ruined any chance of me wanting to buy a membership

  This gym was terrible. I experienced multiple racial abuse from the manager named holly and it was a horrible experience. I am a paying member and this was genuinely horrid. DO NOT RECOMMEND

  Just joined as a member at David Lloyd and has honestly been such a smooth and easy process. Caitlyn has been amazing and so friendly and on the day I came in to view the club was super helpful right the way through - her communication was amazing and was always happy to help. Super excited to user the gym and all the amazing facilities

  Considering the price etc would expect a bit of class in the members and a tighter locker system/ security. Beware! There are thieves that attend this gym. They will rob your locker even if it is locked, with a padlock. The minute you leave your locker. There are numerous cases of this in different clubs also. Google it urself. I lost a very expensive item with 0 to no assistance in regards to this situation so far. You have been warned.

  The club itself is fantastic, but it has issues that are not being addressed. Parking is a major problem, with cars parked over pavements and crossings, or the disabled parking spaces, not helped by 3 months memberships the clubs sells. This seems to attract people that don’t care how they treat the facilities. Towels left on the floors, empty drinks bottles & wash bottles left in the showers. The gym attracts machine hoggers that don’t put weights away, or wipe their machines down. The spa area, constantly has rooms and pools out. The restaurant area has large numbers of people with laptops “working from home”, so it can be hard to find a table. If the club enforced its own rules and removed the problem people, it would be improved greatly.
