- TCT CMay 10, 20262.0Padel courts are great but always booked out on the app. The swimming pool water looked murky, the staff/lifeguards were all in one group chatting very loudly, were unhelpful and had an overall unwelcoming vibe. The jacuzzi and steam room need a good clean. I was at this Virgin for over two hours and I didn’t see a single cleaner, whilst at Canary Wharf I see the same cleaners coming in and out constantly cleaning, taking towels etc. I won’t be visiting again to be honest, the other members were giving odd looks/also unwelcoming.

As someone who works 9-5 and wants to fit fitness around this, is really disappointing that all the morning yoga classes are cancelled. It's an expensive gym membership so I'll be cancelling and finding a better gym.

New things appear like reformer and padel but wont re-do the older stuff. The instructors are great but sometimes left chasing up repairs. Too many classes at 09:30 so there is not enough parking due to this. Bad management!!

- NTNisha TaylorFeb 20, 20265.0Made the change over from The Brentwood Centre and it has been a game changer. Yes you pay a premium price but is it worth it 100%. So much so I have signed up both my children. The amount that children can do there is great and totally worth it. There isn’t a limit on the swimming pool no booking for that either. Customer service is amazing. Yes the car park can be crazy and you have to be on it to book classes. However when you have worked out timings and how things all work it’s seamless. If you’re on the fence like I was about it make the leap it’s the best thing you will do!
