  I'm a mum of a 5 months old baby. The main reason for joing the club was the crèche as I have no one around to look after my baby. I can't afford the gym but my partner offered to pay. The ladies in crèche are amazing. However my son couldn't settle there for some reason. First time I was called at the end of my session as he was crying. Second time, same situation. I'd be paying for an hour slot but working out only for 30 min and running back to the crèche to find my baby crying. He would cry for 30 min constantly. I couldn't do that to my little one. He was traumatised. I wanted to cancel my membership after a few weeks and was told I can't. One of the advisors emailed that he's really sorry that my baby and myself had such a bad experience but I have to pay even though I dont use the facilities!!!! You can cancel when you move houses, due to health condition but a traumatised baby isn't a good enough reason. It's appalling! They all about money and no one wants to speak to me about the cancellation. I really don't know what to do! If no one from David Lloyds contacts me, I'll take the case to social media. Shame on you!

  Recently joined the club, lovely Becky showed me around and I couldn't have asked for a better intro to Lloyds. She has been nothing but helpful and kind, and even pushed me to try out Blaze!!

  I popped into the gym without a booking as I was passing by and wanted to have a look, as my partner had mentioned joining together. I was greeted by a lovely gentleman on reception who kindly arranged for someone to show me around. I then met Becky, who was absolutely fantastic. She instantly put me at ease and struck the perfect balance between being friendly and professional. She gave me a really detailed tour of the facilities (and even complimented my gym outfit, which was a nice touch!). What I really appreciated was that there was zero pressure to sign up at the end. Becky simply gave me all the information I needed and followed it up with an email - she encouraged me to reach out if I had any questions or if my partner wanted to come in for a tour as well. I’ve now signed up and I’m really looking forward to using both the gym and spa facilities. A big thank you to Becky for such a warm and welcoming experience!
