  I’m not usually the type to leave reviews, however i will take the time out to leave a review for Simran who was very very helpful, i had to have 2 separate sit & teach sessions for contact lens, she was very professional, very supportive & showed a lot of patience when these sessions were happening, even delayed break times to help me. After all the sessions i had, i did manage to get them in & out so for that i am very grateful. I would also like to give thanks to Azba who was very helpful & supportive with my all my lens fitting sessions & appointment bookings. Both did a wonderful job & i am truly grateful they have helped me overcome the fear of contact lens. Top customer service from both individuals:)

  I have a top credit score of 1000 , never had credit refused by anyone, yet on a £300 two pair of glasses I was refused, clearly something wrong with the credit company you use and no explanation offered , very disappointing and may in future buy my glasses from another retailer. This review is not a reflection on the service I received which was good , it’s a reflection on the deal that was on offer only to be refused which was a joke .
