- FNFatima NoorMar 14, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. I went to collect my 9-year-old daughter’s glasses and was told it was “illegal” for me to collect them without her being present. I felt so strange illegal for my own daughter’s glasses.I explained that I have always collected her glasses myself before, from a different optician’s, but the staff member still insisted she had to be there. If the child needs to be present for fitting, that should be explained clearly instead of saying it’s illegal. The lady on reception was not professional and this needs to be improved.
