I tried phoning today and got put through to a call centre and was not allowed to speak to the shop. I asked them to ask the shop to phone me back. Nothing happened. When I ring the call centre back hours later they tell me that there is a note on my file that my spectacles are ready to collect. What is the point of a note if they don’t tell me!!! Why have they introduced a ridiculous call centre? Why can you no longer directly get through to the shop?
