- VVVandanaJun 14, 20261.0I got an eyetedt. And got 2 pair of glasses. Glasses gave extreme headache and eye strain. I went to return them at trafford centre branch. Staff did not care about the discomfort i had to through. Instead of apologizing for inconvinience, the store manager was extremely arrogant and wanted me to go for another eyetest. But i insisted to return. Then she had to process my return, unhappily. Poor technical skills and customer service.

After 15 mins, I went back to the desk and politely asked to be served. The girl who served me brought the glasses out for me to try on and said 'you don't look like you wear glasses much' and made me feel very awkward. Rude, lazy and arrogant. I'd expect more for spending £400
