  In terms of the testing and the optician we saw with my daughter 10/10, he made her feel very welcome and spoke to her in a proper manner and 2as very thorough. In terms of the aftercare 5/10. We received a text to say the glasses had arrived a few days after the test, so I went to collect last night only for them to not be found. The gentleman looking did go out of his way and asked me to come back later, but they were still missing. New ones were to be ordered and delivered closer to home. Waste of a journey to the Trafford Centre. Garbled voicemail left the day after from the store about finding them, so rang back to try and discuss what would be happening with said glasses now. 15 minutes into a call and still no answer, probably because the staff are stood about talking like on previous visits.

  My impression of the Trafford Centre is it’s a well run store by manager Natalie who was very helpful and the optician who checked my glasses was very thorough and Subs who helped with my frame choice was knowledgeable and friendly.All of the staff seemed to work very well together and it created a lovely environment to shop in

  Ordered glasses from there. Trying to get through to someone on the phone to discuss my purchase no one picking up the phone. Its ridiculous. Called 4 times now. Why isn't anyone answering calls?????

  Visited after work with my daughter and had such a good experience. The shop had a great selection of frames, and we were given plenty of time and space to browse without ever feeling watched, rushed or pressured. After we had looked around, Michael came over to help us and was absolutely brilliant from that point onwards. He took the time to show us several styles from the locked cabinets, patiently priced everything up and gave genuinely helpful advice. He was extremely knowledgeable, but what stood out most was how warm and sincere he was. His approach never felt sales driven it felt as though he genuinely wanted to help us find what suited me best. Michael made both my daughter and me feel completely comfortable, listened to what I liked and offered opinions that felt honest. He has such a natural way with customers and made the whole experience enjoyable. He is a real credit to the store and exactly the kind of person you hope to be helped by when making such a important purchase. We both left feeling very happy and would happily return because of the service he provided - looking forward to collecting my glasses and sunglasses.
