I highly recommend you don't go off the negative feedback, this is the best service I have received from any opticians in years.

My daughter rang me to ask if I could pick my granddaughter up from school and then take her to pick up her glasses, when I arrived at the Vision express I spoke to a female staff member and said that I was here to pick up Bonnie's glasses. She said quite sharply, "well did you make an appointment" I said no I didn't know I had to, I'm doing a favour for my daughter. She replied that's she's very busy and can you come back later this evening. Which I told her no I'm also busy. So the whole trip through traffic rushing around etc was a waste of time. I understand that staff are busy and sometimes under pressure but her attitude wasn't very friendly. I thought I was back at school being told off by the headmistress 😁

Only to get migraines and forced to take time off work due to not being able to see properly. I have since then had to go back to the store 4 times to get this rectified. after raising a complaint the store point blank refused to help. i will never use vision express again and I will never recommend anyone here. unprofessional and poor service throughout
