  Tom in the spa - 5 stars from me. I hope management and Tom both see this email. I come from Newcastle to Manchester for the day I was dragged to the gym by a friend. Tom in the spa was very kind spoke very well understood the circumstances and the customer that was in front of him and made the correct decisions. This is what hospitality is all about understanding the customer in front of you and helping them. Good job Tom great asset to David Lloyd’s Manchester team. I did thank him personally and shake his hand on the way out.

  Today, while I was exercising in the gym, I witnessed a blonde male member of staff scream the name of one of the younger female lifeguards from the stairs over the bannister. It was loud enough for everyone in the area to hear and, in my view, was inappropriate and potentially humiliating for her. Do better please!

  I recently had my first visit to the club to attend an art event. Beforehand I ate in the restaurant and was impressed by the quality of the food and the lovely surroundings . Kim, who organised the event, was welcoming, friendly and professional throughout the visit . The event itself was great and will be definitely attending another ! Overall, I was so impressed by the level of quality and professionalism displayed by the staff involved in this event.

  Went to David Lloyd for a charity Sip and Paint event organised by Kim. Had food before the painting which was so tasty, and healthy too so nice bonus! All the DL staff who attended to us were lovely and the painting event had a lovely atmosphere and was just the zen I needed. Thank you to Kim, the Be wild creative team and everyone involved 🐝

  I’ve left a review before and it was stopped from being published. David Lloyd would rather delete reviews than sort their poor service out. Noisy pool due to the echo and atmosphere. Some of the members can be rude enough to swim into you. Staff did help though. Rude staff at the spa. I’ve sent a complaint with the name so they are aware. Do try not to delete this review this time.
