  We continue to use David Lloyd to support our physical training across both the Lancashire Men’s and Women’s cricket squads. The facilities are brilliant and support the physical development of any professional squad. The opportunity to train in a state of the art gym that also possesses world class pool and spa facilities is brilliant. All our players enjoy sessions at David Lloyd.

  Went in as a guest to use the spa facilities and I was blown away with how incredible the spa is. For an athlete doing recovery after training this has everything you need from steam rooms to cold plunges and the added benefit of a very relaxing ambiance ! Highly recommend.

  Was up in Manchester for a few days and went to visit the location, Spa was top notch and the people at the facility were very warm and welcoming, looking forward to going back next time I’m in town with London 3x3

  I had been suffering from really bad back pain, and my physio recommended that I try Pilates and yoga. I joined the club three months ago and started going to Tim Heywood’s yoga classes. I tried a couple of other classes too, but I kept coming back to Tim’s because his classes were by far the best for me. Three months later, I’m completely free from back pain! 🥹 Thank you so much, Tim — you’ve genuinely changed my life! I really hope you’ll be able to offer more classes in the future. 🙏🧘‍♀️
