At the time they were understaffed but absolutely smashed it and didn't let it get to them.

He was very worried that he would not be able to put the lenses in. Coreen was so professional and thorough and explained everything that we needed to know, while keeping a very nice atmosphere!! She is amazing at her job!! Then we saw John who was explaining all the tips and tricks in the book about inserting and removing the lenses!! He was not only amazing in making my husband know he should not rush but he was actually explaining everything and making sure my husband new the solution to every possible issue he could encounter!! We both did not think he would actually manage to instert the lenses but he did and we left the appointment feeling 100% satisfied!!! Thank you John!!! 😆
