  Incredible service during my visit. Nik took me through the eye test with such care and professionalism, taking the time to explain each test in detail and talk me through what the different results meant. What I appreciated most was how thorough he was throughout the appointment — nothing felt rushed, and he made sure I understood everything clearly before moving on. His attention to detail really stood out was how patient and considered he was throughout - I came away feeling completely confident in both the process and the advice I was given. The wider team were also fantastic, both before and after the test. Everyone asked the right questions to understand what I was looking for, and they were attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. Their product knowledge across the different brands and frame styles was excellent, and the recommendations felt thoughtful and well suited to my needs. A genuinely brilliant experience from start to finish.

  Excellent eye test and the optometrist was very nice and explained things in an excellent manner. Unfortunately the shop staff were very busy and there wasn’t anyone available to discuss purchasing new glasses. Will pop back another time.

  I visited the Lakeside store after having an issue with a pair of sunglasses, which unfortunately meant I had to order another pair. I was looked after by a lovely lady named Layla, who was incredibly helpful, attentive and friendly. She took the time to understand my needs and made the whole experience smooth, pleasant and stress-free. I’m really looking forward to picking up my new glasses. I would highly recommend the Lakeside store—the staff are fantastic, and there’s a huge range of glasses and sunglasses to choose from. Thank you to Layla for making my visit such a positive experience!
