Included with any membership is access to our group classes, including Spin, Yoga, Zumba, Les Mills, and much more. Onsite, we also have personal trainers to help you achieve your fitness goals.
We offer these services and more for a cheap monthly subscription, annual membership or you can pay as you go with a day pass.
We're just a few short minutes from Telford Centre and conveniently located within walking distance from the train station and shopping area. To find us by car, follow Stafford Park 1 Rd and we’re in the business complex opposite the Nissan dealership.
