- MBMac BayJun 8, 20221.0Was kept waiting 15 minutes without being informed as why we hadn’t been seen. When we asked they didn’t give an explanation. 25 minutes after our appointment we were seen. Casually they apologised. It seemed like the eye people were not interested in the audiologist service so customer care was zero. The reception area was littered with tissues and mug rings on tables. After spending nearly £3000 on hearing aids this was not the experience we expected.
