- AQAnne QuaMay 4, 20261.0Appalling service today on a bank holiday. Was supposed to pick up a prescription issued by 111 at 11.15am but when I got there their systems were down. The lady took my number and said they would ring once back up. Did my shopping and returned at end to check and still not sorted. So went home. Several hours later still no news. At 3.30pm I went back as no call and no one answering my calls. I was desperate for my antibiotics. I got there and was told the system was still not up but they hoped it would be by the morning. I said I couldn’t wait that long as I had an infection. The lady then informs me that as they haven’t actually accessed the prescription that I could get it elsewhere!! Why the hell did they not tell me that at 11.15am. Customer service was appalling - others were also having the same issue!!!! Thank goodness for the helpful staff at Boots instead

He really deserved every one of those 5*. Thank you!
