  We go there every week for my son's athletics class. Very friendly atmosphere, the facilities are in good condition and all at a friendly price. They really work hard to get the next generation into athletics and even accommodate kids with mild special needs.

  Lovely small gym. All staff are very friendly, especially the manager. Generally clean, sometimes in the morning you have to put away stuff people left the night before but not a big deal and never that much. Has all the basics for weightlifting, squat rack, bars, dumbbells, etc. Limited by space but they still have a good number of machines (leg press, extension, etc.). No lat pull down or cable row, but you can do a makeshift one with the 2 cable machines they have and a good enough amount of attachments. A few cardio machines as well which is nice. Definitely give it a try, it's never that busy even at peak hours so you're likely to get in a good workout any time you go.

  Great local gym, staff here are really friendly and hospitable, delighted to have found this place, from what I see they do a lot for the community too which is great to see, I’d give more stars if possible
