  First time sending my prescription here. I won't make that mistake again. I was the first to get there. Pharmacist came a bit late. My drugs were not ready even though they were sent a day before. After 15 minutes of intermittent waiting for no answers the attendance came in a loud voice to say she can't give me the medication because they only have one of and should not be waiting around for it. That seems to be was the best way to send me off in their judgement.

  Tried to buy night nurse and neurofen plus together, but they refused to sell them together as they're both addictive... So sell neither then? Unbelievable, I think they just like having a little power trip. Also, don't go there if you're in a hurry, it's the slowest service I've ever experienced.

  The service ( over several years) has been OK until recently - but in the last couple of months it has deteriorated dramatically. I don't know if there has been a change in Pharmacist? I have a large amount of items prescribed regularly and I am virtually housebound so my husband collects my items for me on the way home from another Tesco site nearby. I have a 4 page script with over 20 items and the last few months things have not been dispensed accurately. When he complained the senior staff member was heard to mutter to a colleague as *they* walked away - about the quantity of items needed monthly. This is not for staff to comment on - all items are needed and regularly reviewed by my GP practice. He collected an order today and only 4 items (of 7) were dispensed correctly and will need another trip to collect the other items. I don't want to have to change pharmacy but this is not acceptable or professional behaviour. It is impossible to talk to the staff by telephone as they don't seem to answer it.

  This isn't my usual pharmacy but I'd run out of some critical medication I needed and was a long way from home. The kind staff advised me how to obtain an emergency prescription request via the NHS website. They were then able to prescribe the medication within 10 minutes (which saved a 6 hour round trip back home). Really grateful to the staff here and very helpful.

  Was told by the pharmacist that they do not sell over the counter pain relief at time of evening.as people who buy at that time abuse them.and was told to come back following day as there are other options.i will never use again..
