Always used Specsavers in the past, but because of a recommendation thought we would try Vision Express. Am I glad we did. Most thorough examination we have ever had. Greeted by a very polite young man by the name of Josh who also helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Our examination was carried out by a very pleasant and competent guy named Khiz (hope I have spelt that correctly) Thoroughly satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend this branch. (Yarm))

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff - health tests, sight test and prescription changes were explained carefully and I was well supported in finding, not only the right frames for me but the most cost effective options for what I wanted. Particular thanks to Josh and Zahara for looking after me so well.

Excellent, very happy with the examination, my glasses were ready sooner than I had expected. The staff are wonderful. Have gone here for a while, never any issues Great to have a local store, I don't particularly like going to Stockton or Middlesbrough anymore.
