  Always do the best they can for me. Can be a little busy and slow at weekends, however, so generally best to avoid that when you can

  Very polite lady served me. Customers need to engage with the staff. They are human after all. Engage and you will get a positive response. Manners cost nothing.

  The pharmacy opens at 0800, but good luck even buying something over the counter as the pharmacist doesn't arrive until ten minutes later. To be told by the counter staff that what I'm asking for "doesn't matter" illustrates the disregard for customer service that I've received several times now from this pharmacy, and usually from the same member of staff. Good range of products, shoddy levels of service.

  You guys have 95% lovely staff. Most are pleasant and efficient but the tired looking lady with the bob makes my wife's visit a misery every time. How many times does she need to repeat her name for you to remember it per visit? Equipped with mannerisms that one can only assume are intentionally calibrated to maximise antagony (no one can be this masterfully rude and infuriating by accident) , she also manages to find ways to prolong every visit as long as she can. We're stuck using you because you always have what we need and you're conveniently placed but each time we visit, we're trying to make note of if she was working or not so we can attempt to only visit on days that she's not working. It's that bad. Everyone else is lovely.
