- RMRas maniaAug 19, 20261.0Went to the stafford store at 3.10pm was told by a gentleman to take a seat at the desk so can collect my new glasses he told a lady in a white shirt i was next four customers walked in after us and the lady in the white shirt served them and ignored us but when we got up to leave she had the nerve to ask if anyone was serving us said no but then she turned and said if you let me serve the four customers then we would be next even though the four customers arrived after and had their glasses ftted as we were there to collect glasses too but felt like we had been singled out to be ignored , people were coming in from outside and being served at length .The staff should be aware of the customers already in the store and process customers as quickly as possible.

I had previously been told by a consultant that there were some issues with my vision, but unfortunately, these hadn’t been explained very clearly, which left me feeling quite concerned. After today’s eye test, the optician at Vision Express put me completely at ease. He took the time to explain everything clearly and professionally, which made a big difference. The front-of-house staff were also excellent. They were friendly, knowledgeable and really understood the products I was looking at. They gave me clear advice and explained exactly what I needed. Overall, a very positive experience from start to finish.
