  I think things have changed unfortunately. Doesn't feel as friendly. Witnessed some irritation between staff today which was incredibly uncomfortable. Beth obviously fed up with one of the team . Perhaps be mindful of how you come across. I have decided to go to another company sadly despite being with you 20 years . I also felt uncomfortable asking questions. Shame really .

  I took my 85 year old mother along to the Lichfield Baker's Lane branch on July 7th. Service was top class, she was treated with kindness, respect and understanding - with special thanks to the young lady optometrist who diagnosed her (Serena? My mum didn't quite catch her name, sorry).
