Turned up today for my NHS covid appointment only to be told they didn't have any til tomorrow. If I can't make an appointment for doctor, dentist, etc I cancel it. Why did this Tesco Pharmacy not have the basic courtesy to contact me and avoid me at almost 79 years of age making a 14 mile round trip for nothing. Called at my local Health Centre on the way home, told them the above ... and they've given me an appointment next Tuesday. My family will not use them again.

The brown haired chubby serving woman serving at till at pharmacy has terrible customer service. Was midway buying some sleep aid and cocodamol for friend and family when she overheard 3 seconds of something someone said to me and then refused to serve based on that. Was my abusive husband who purposely tries to embarrass and inconvenience me by lying and getting me rejected from getting served. I explained that and she said based on the three seconds of him coming up that she wasn't going to sell me them. At the end of the shop I went to pharmacy for me ask for name seeing as she wasn't wearing like usually do and she rudely "why?" Etc. Her demeaned had an air of superiority and she was just rude.
