  Absolutely useless, i was told they couldn't help me and actively told me to try Hednesford pharmacy instead - that is my normal pharmacy but it was closed as 8.30pm! Waste of time. Wasnt interested in helping me or my daughter.

  Went tonight to pick up my husbands prescription (we have used this pharmacy for many years). At first they couldn’t find it so asked me for his full name address and date of birth of which I gave all details. Pharmacist then came over asked again for address, handed me the prescription and asked me to check the details on the sticker. I said yes all correct then he took the medication back and asked me for identification. Now I only had my phone with me as I was running in to pick this up as it was an emergency prescription prescribed by doctor today and he needs this. I have never seen this little man who looked about 20 there before. He wasn’t very nice at all anyway to start with but his attitude towards me got gradually worse when I explained I didn’t have id. I had already given over my husbands information but he was vile about me not having any documentation to show. What a joke. Will not be using this place anymore. It’s gone down hill drastically and now very rude staff just top it off for me

  The last four times I've been to Tesco pharmacy, I have witnessed issues with people's prescriptions. Normally unable to find tablets or/and miss-labeling. I've had issues with wrong address on tablets and most recently tablets have already been collected, which is strange because when I went yesterday nobody mentioned anything about the tablets had already been collected. Don't know who by, but definitely not by myself. To be fair, i've never had an issue up until recently, with the in flux of extra customers since the closure of station road. Clearly Tesco pharmacy unable to cope and out of their depth.
