  My first experience picking up prescription was not good , to busy chatting behind counter at back and just faffing about . Second time much better young girl serving very quick and on the ball . I’ve had 2 phone calls just to ask if all ok with new medication as a follow up so that was great .

  Had an awful experience today, I’m newly diabetic and wanted to purchase a blood sugar monitor for my arm I phoned up and asked if the counter assistant if someone would be able to show me how to apply it and give me some advice on it was told that was ok so arrived at the store asked the counter assistant for the monitor and explained what the lady said over the phone the lady that serviced me was so rude couldn’t give me the time off day then the pharmacist came out refused to show me what to do with it was very rude and told me to look it up on YouTube I appreciate you was all busy but customer service today was shocking clearly you all struggle under pressure.

  Just the worse service ever experienced by any business not just a pharmacy. Rude staff, hiding behind a text system that doesn’t work. Always told to allow a week for prescriptions even though the doctors send them the same or next day. Make you wait for prescriptions to be made up and then chit chat in the back with other staff. One time I was overcharged but then told they couldn’t issue a refund until the following day so had to go back again to sort that out. Received medication for the wrong person. Unfortunately Tesco has decimated the local pharmacies, there was once 4-5 good pharmacies in Hednesford but as soon as Tesco Pharmacy arrived they’ve killed competition and know that that the majority of people have nowhere else to go. Please I urge people to switch the Hednesford Pharmacy on the corner of Victoria Street. The service is far better and the staff are a lot more supportive and helpful.

  Waited 30 minutes to try and buy some tablets over the counter, there was a queue of 6 people, in the end I left. No staff serving customers, only taking prescriptions very slowly. Awful service, when we are told to use pharmacies to reduce pressure on the NHS.

  Demanding a private consultation and blood pressure test before selling over the counter meds! I know my numbers thankyou and you are a busy pharmacy according to your signs... so why the palarva!?
